Bible Studies
Wednesday Night Bible Study meets at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is welcome.
Ladies’ Bible Study starts today, Sunday, September 28 at 6:00 pm. We will study “Twelve Extraordinary Women” by John McArthur, beginning with the first six this fall and the rest in the spring. There is a sign up sheet in the foyer. The cost for materials is $10. If you have any questions, please contact Sally Truxal
Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat is on Sunday, October 26, 5:30-6:30. We need as many vehicles as we can get to set up and hand out candy that evening. A sign-up sheet is in the side foyer. If you can’t participate, donations of candy are much appreciated! Donations can be placed in the side foyer. Any questions, contact Jaena Headrick.
Mission Focus
* We’re collecting new bed blankets - any size - for Chilhowee Baptist Center.
They can also use household cleaning supplies and personal care items.
Please place donated items in the foyer.
* This month we’ll collect the offering for Tennessee State Missions.
Memorial Service
Brother Dale Carnes Memorial Service is Saturday, November 1 at 1:00 pm in the Bethel Baptist sanctuary. Brother Dale passed away at 93 years old on September 14. He had a great impact on all who knew him. We’ll miss him greatly but we’ll celebrate his life and faith.
